JCtrans is headquartered in Dalian, one of the major seaports in China. Currently, our total number of employees in Dalian, Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen exceeds 170, which covers most of China’s developed industrial area. Our sales team boasts between 70 and 80 people, not including our customer service staff, who take care of membership renewal and routine services. Our sales team has two branches categorized as telemarketing and technical, both of which are under the management of one director.

Our management style is focused on performance evaluation and is profit-driven, but we also require our employees to follow 12 company concepts in order to develop our corporate culture. In the fiscal year of 2007, our sales revenue increased by a factor of three and our membership acquisition increased by a factor of five as compared to the previous year. We project that our growth will continue at the same rate during 2008 and beyond, and strategic partnerships will play an important role for promoting mutual benefits, sustainable growth and new business expansion.
