 What can I do if I meet disreputable freight forwarders and agencies while doing business?

The Credit Warning service is designed to protect our members' interests. Members who are owed money (creditors) can reveal those companies that do not pay their fees as stipulated in the contract, those that delay payment, or those that they have disputes with.

Step1 Log in

Step2 Click on Credit Warning on the left of the homepage.

 

 



Step3 Make sure you have read the “Rules for Posting" and the "Rules for Removal". You must also agree to the "Credit Warning Agreement". Then click on "I want to file a complaint", fill out the form and click Submit.

 


Step4 Wait for your complaint to be checked by our customer service staff, and then it will display on the Credit Warning webpage.


Note: You can also submit a complaint directly from your Office, but please make sure you have read the "Rules for Posting" and "Rules for Removal", and you must still agree to the "Credit Warning Agreement".
