Our first work was local transportation. Situated near to Cornavin railway station within Geneva City in the beginning of the XX’s century, our company was known as an official transporter. The company quickly grew. In a effort and with its adaptation to evolutionary technologies, the group Sauvin Schmidt SA, using technology – traditions – technical knowledges and human skills, has extended its activities to various sectors and particularly to international transportations from 1970. The group Sauvin Schmidt SA developed an international network and became a well-known forwarding agent. In 2007, the import / export and logistics department became independant from the group Sauvin Schmidt SA. Sauvin Schmidt International SA is born ! Thanks to its dynamic team of 15 people, the new entity offers you nowadays a full-service of logistic products, including transportation organization – customs clearance – storage – stock management and goods handling.

Our offices, our warehouses and our wharfs are located within the industrial center at Vernier, Geneva suburbs, close to main roads crossroads. To enhance customs operations, we have as well offices at Geneva Airfreight Building and at the French / Swiss border, called Bardonnex.
