The company is a shareholding company been owned by four directors, thus, two retired senior customs officers and senior freight forwarders, respectively. The company is stirred by a managing director, sixteen office staffs and twenty five field operatives, all well vexed in the shipping industry. Its main operating office is sited at the main port area of Tema (The main entry sea port into Ghana) and a subsidiary office at the Takoradi sea port, located in the Western part of Ghana.
