For your nominated shpt from China ports.
1.provide you competitive rate in the market.
2.Follow each routing order carefully and keep u posted of shpt status.
3.Provide good service to shprs to make sure shpr will not complian to cnee.
4.Deep communicate with shpr and try to get the cnee's purchase plan ,such as how many teus monthly and in which month,it is the purchase peak season ,so u can keep close contact with cnee for a long term cooperation
5.We will always reply your mail within 24 hrs except weekend,timely response for your inqury.
For our CIF and C&F ,DDU ,free hand shpt
1. We will try best to consign the shpts to u as long as the shpr agree.
2. If shpr agree to accept HBL and meanwhile u have a good contract rate with carrier ,we will consider to use your contract rate.
3. We will provide u effective sales lead for u to follow in your side.
