Founded in 1981 as Customhouse brokers largely specializing in wearing apparel, we rapidly discovered the demands of servicing the apparel industry and committed ourselves to providing excellence; in technological advances and comprehensive range of transportation and trade services. Over our 20-year history we have expanded to international forwarding and have evolved into a Total Transportation and Logistics Solutions Provider. By offering a complete array of international trade services we permit our clients the convenience to concentrate on their core business, while we do what we do best, "make it happen". As we constantly undergo technological upgrades we remain dedicated to maintaining the personal "one-on-one" relationships so often missing in today's business environment. We have found that commitment and dedication brings rewards; even with the economic downturn in past years, we still service most of our early clients that remain in business today. And by fostering a spirit of "Partnership" with our clients, we continue to grow with them in this ever changing, uncertain global economy. Our spirit of partnership is evidenced by our commitment to our employees most have been with us over 7 years. We hold bi-weekly in-office, employee seminars in order to increase our industry knowledge and take advantage of technological advances. We also use this time to discuss improved methods of assisting our clients with their current challenges. We fully recognize the international nature and scope of our customer base. To be available to our clients on a worldwide scale, our office is open from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are also available by pager 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We enjoy hard work and challenges and telephone calls are handled pleasantly, promptly and efficiently.
With combined experience of over 125 years in the International Trade arena, along with the local expertise of our overseas partners, we advise you of the idiosyncrasies of trading in foreign countries. As members of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Committee for International Trade we are kept abreast of trade issues and actively provide our opinion of pending legislation.
