JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? 


Catherine Molina: LATAM LOGISTICS CHILE was founded by her president, Ms.Catherine Molina, in the year 2000, in order to provide comprehensive quality service, counseling, expertise in handling of different kinds of cargoes and customs clearance related to foreign trade. We are a company with 19 years of experience and recognition in the foreing trade field. We have successfully earned and mantained a reputation as one of the most reliabe agents over the years. 


JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? 


Catherine Molina: We are certified by the prestigious Brand of Chile “www.marcachile.cl”, which endorses us as a serious, ethical, responsible and highly competitive company, both in the national and international market. We are members of the? “CCS” Cámara de Comercio de Santiago de Chile and we are members of The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC):  is the main forum to facilitate economic growth, technical and economic cooperation, facilitation and liberalization of trade and investment in the Asia-Pacific region. 


JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? 


Catherine Molina: Total approach in the customer. Excellence, professionalism, transparency, determination, responsability, confident, security and commitment with the success of their Business. And specially: TO WORK WITH PASSION! 


JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? 


Catherine Molina: I would highlight the high level of maturity of the Chilean market in general and, particularly in the retail sector, Chile is surely positioned as a leader. This translates into an ever more demanding demand for mass consumption companies and, mainly, the logistics industry that plays a fundamental role as an integrator between these two industries and, ultimately, to final consumers. 


JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? 


Catherine Molina: Main strategy to be more Global. We are becoming members of well knowns networks, attending Global Conferences, exhibitions. Our foreign partners also promoting our services within their customers, suppliers, and market. 


JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business? 


Catherine Molina: GCP membership gives me the possibility to cooperate with other GCP members all over the world. GCP not just makes me feel as their best partnership, but also as an important and special person, like a family. I love JCTRANS :-) 


JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients? 


Catherine Molina: Thanks to our great professionalism, responsibility and honesty, we have earned the trust and loyalty of our customers, which has allowed us to position ourselves as an important logistics operator that has solidly credited with the maturity of the logistics market and has placed us in a high position in the Chilean market.
