Alice Kim: Ranur is a freight forwarder, customs broker and domestic transportation company with offices in the main ports and airports in Brazil and USA. Ranur serves international companies from several industries, including High Tech, Telecom, Automotive and Garment.
Since 1996, we have grown steadily over the years, developing competences in the logistics field and a network of partners that allows the company to offer solutions for all types of transportation all over the world.
In Brazil, our head office is in Sao Paulo, and we also have branch offices in Itajai, Paranagua, Santos, Guarulhos, Campinas, Piracicaba, Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Manaus. Other ports and airports are served by our network of representatives.
Our USA head office is established in Miami, and we can cover main ports and airports in USA, and we are also strategically as HUB to Latin America market.
And not only in Miami, but we also have bonded warehouse in Chicago.
We can offer air and ocean transportation for imports and exports, customs brokerage for general shipments, special projects and exhibition cargo, including domestic road and air transportation covering the whole country.

Alice Kim: We have experiences and knowledge in several areas that we have acquired during these years, so we have been able to offer an adequate service with competitive values for our partners.
JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Alice Kim: Providing our customers and partners the best service as of competitive rates and feedback in all their needs on time.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
Alice Kim: United State market still show favorable situation, despite the Trade War with China, and also news forecasting a Global economy crisis. But still lot of business opportunities that we have to explore together with a right partner.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
Alice Kim: Holding hand together with aggressive and good partner, there will always have chance to develop good new business.
