Ms. Jessica: VINATRAS _ Viet Nam Trading and Services _ was founded in Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam. Since 2005, we has provided clients with a level of service on par with major international logistics companies, along with the competitive price point of a local partner based in Vietnam. We pride ourselves on understanding each of our client’s unique challenges and priorities, and tailor our services to meet your exact requirements. We offer domestic and international transport solutions by air, sea, or ground freight, and are capable of handling shipments of any weight, dimension, origin, or destination. Our goal is to simplify and streamline the logistics process for our clients, from pickup, packaging, and preparation of goods for transport, all the way to customs clearance, breaking bulk cargo, and final delivery. JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Ms. Jessica: Vietnam is set to see very strong growth in trade over the coming years, which will support ongoing development and expansion of its logistics. The logistics industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Vietnam and it is estimated for around 15% of GDP in Vietnam. However the underdeveloped logistics infrastructure and – rapidly expanding but currently inadequate - transport infrastructure results in a relative high cost.

Ha Noi (North) and Ho Chi Minh City (South) are current major logistics hubs in Vietnam. There is an outsourcing trend for logistic services in Vietnam and they are classified in two groups:

Basic services including outbound transportation/warehousing and inbound transportation/ warehousing

Specialized services including warehouse management, inventory management, order processing, vendor management, custom information and support, reverse logistics and climate controlled logistics. 

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Ms. Jessica: As mention above, Vietnam is set to see very strong growth in trade over the coming years with the supporting of many international trade agreements such as: CPTPP/ EVFTA/ AFTA…. logistics for Import and export is a key economic features to for us to explore foreign market. We are also welcome chances to co-operate with partners all around the world to expand our business.
