Jctrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Mostafa Hamdy: AMCO Logistics Services is a leading customs clearance & Shipping agency was founded in 2008, Approved in Qatar with an outstanding reputation for providing top quality expertise in that field.

The Goal of AMCO Logistics Services is to "create value through professionalism." The Company believes that only through professionalism can it develop a deep understanding of the market, raise its competitiveness, and create win-win situations for both the company and its customers.

Determined to offer the best possible services, AMCO Logistics Services has put forward a program to enhance the company's network to provide its customers to enjoy best services in Qatar.

Jctrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Mostafa Hamdy: Amco Logistics Services is one of the certified freight forwarder company at Qatari Transportation & communication ministry. And licensed from Qatari customs authority as a clearing agent. Amco has a professional team working 24/7 covering all Qatar border. Amco owns a fleet of light and heavy trucks helps to provide delivery on time to all customers.

Jctrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Mostafa Hamdy: Experience and technique of implementation and teamwork, in additional to strong partnership with the right supplier/ and agent, those things we see it is enough to run a logistics company in the right way.

 

Jctrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Mostafa Hamdy: Qatar owns one of the leads port in Middle East area. The logistics business in Qatar is one of the basic business which is growing on as a lot of manufactures/ farms/ and projects opened which in increase the import of the row material, equipment, strategy items, ... in additional to export so many of finished goods to the neighbor’s countries and some foreign countries as well. So the business is going on.

Jctrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Mostafa Hamdy: we seeing that it is very important to continue develop our partnership with all foreign market by exchange the culture and information

 

Jctrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Mostafa Hamdy: The reason is that we have vision to develop our partnership with all partner in all world based on cooperation in trust with professional members

 

Jctrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Mostafa Hamdy: we seeing that the honest and keep the professionally way in work and selecting a professionally partners are securing long terms of business relationship with customers, in additional to work hard to develop the company to get customers` s satisfy through selecting a good team workers.
