    Jctrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Daniel Lee: Motherlines, Inc. is an International Freight Forwarder and NVOCC, our proud history started in 2003 in New York, USA. Two of our Motherlines operational offices (New York and Los Angeles), handle all matters in a uniform manner to meet our highly-approved customer service performance for all of our clients; we are meeting the guidelines of FMC, TSA, CNS, AES and C-TPAT as members by giving superb services as a trustworthy provider to not only our customers in all levels, but also including our partners all over the world.

    Jctrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Daniel Lee: Our Founders and Management come from all levels of logistics background, with a long working history of new and traditional shipping mindset. We are proud members of FMC, TSA, AES and C-TPAT Members. We can cover the entire logistics matters in USA. We can handle basic cargo arrangements, such as CY/CY, consol boxes, and Port-To-Port Air shipments, as well as offering expertly planned logistics for D.G., Break bulk, Sensitive or Oversized movements. We have several departments of dedicated Operations for Air and Sea, Import and Export, Domestics Logistics, Special Project, and Key Accounts. We have a solid Sales Team and Pricing Team to promote sales leads all over the USA and the rest of the world.  

    Jctrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Daniel Lee: Team Work and Customer Service are the most important factors.  

    Jctrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Daniel Lee: It’s definitely tough during this pandemic.  We are planning on day to day basis in order to work with our local government to battle this virus.  Our key is to protect the health of our teams, families, and the communities.

    Jctrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Daniel Lee: Continue to have solid communication with our partners to look into ways to understand the need on each unique market.

    Jctrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
