    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Daniel Wheeler: Linc is your complete one-stop-shop for international freight management, from warehousing, stock distribution, Shipping by sea, air or road to any destination around the world. With over 120 years in the business, we know what is needed to excel in the market.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Daniel Wheeler: We specialize in worldwide DDP services. No country too remote, no shipment too difficult. With our customer service at the forefront , it is very important that we chose the best agents who share our core beliefs.   

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Daniel Wheeler: Understanding what the client requires for their shipment, is it speed, price, special loading/offloading, or all of these points. This allows us to manage expectation and deliver at the right price, at the right time.  

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Daniel Wheeler: At this exact moment in time, the whole world is facing disruption in the freight industry due to the Covid-19 Epidemic. These unprecedented times are allowing us to adapt and cater for the different challenges we are currently facing. Shipments are still moving and we are all pulling together to ensure that the ‘wheels of industry’ keep turning.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Daniel Wheeler: We are always exploring  new ways/technology that we can use to benefit us.

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
