    Pawel Chojak Branch Manager
JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? Pawe? Chojak: Allport Cargo Services Poland is a part of ACS Group founded in Poland in year 2000. First few years were oriented on road transport between Poland & UK where our "mother" company is located. Year of 2011/2012 it was a landmark for our activities. Joined us new team oriented to developing SEA & AIR business. Through to hard work & team of right peoples, our development could occur. We had started from a few of containers up to over then 7500 TEU done last year. Our teamwork & values & our employees give us optimistic views for future. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? Pawe? Chojak: Of course, but in current time (due to crazy time at sea freight market) it is very hard. That's why we are still searching new possibilities & new solutions which we can offer to our customers. Dynamic growth depends on many factors but one of most important is the satisfaction of our client's with our service & competence. Unconventional solutions but first of all thinking of the all parts of process - this is the path to success. JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Pawe? Chojak: Team of people with passion, vision of development & network of most competitive / open minded / flexible - agents worldwide..... & of course.... money. JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Pawe? Chojak: Very strong competition - thousands of forwarding companies (but that applies to most countries) and a very specific customer market caused that many small businesses have closed or are going through difficult times. The situation does not improve what happens in sea freight rates from the Far East to Europe. Our economy is stable but unfortunately a little quite sensitive to the geopolitical conditions. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? Pawe? Chojak: One of our sentences is: "local knowledge" - that why cooperation with many good agents worldwide is most important for this subject. This gives us ability to check & recognize expectations of foreign markets & is helpful for our customers. Watchful tracking of economy in combination with customer's expectations of new markets business - it's a straight way to strategy. Information - it's a power.
