    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Sindy Chen: Unlike general forwarders, we have integrated service, we have our won devanning warehouse to speed the import handling process, we have professional custom clearance dept. to handle export/import custom clearance and make it works smoothly, we have E-commerce promotion dept. to help clients enter in Japan E-commerce market and we are also specialize in ACP(Attorney for Customs Procedure). We are not just having the ability to handle import/export cargos for both air and sea in Japan, as well as the E-commerce and ATT, and etc.

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Sindy Chen: We provide the versatile service between China and Japan in logistics.

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Sindy Chen: Thinking ahead and being focus on the quality of service we provide. 

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Sindy Chen: Due to the corona virus, the E-commerce market will be increased largely in Japan and there will be huge demand in versatile and integrated service in logistics. 

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Sindy Chen: To provide versatile and integrated service to customers, and insist on offering the best service to earn credit from customers worldwide.

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

    Sindy Chen: This is a large global logistics network, being a GCP member, we can promote our company to reach more clients and expand our business.

    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

    Sindy Chen: We offer integrated service to our clients and always consider ahead of them to help them in developing steady logistics. Clients easily become more dependent on us if we arranged the shipment for once, through our service, we tend to get high credit from our clients so that we can maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with them.
