Across Logistics advises, organizes and coordinates transport operations, through the application of international commerce laws and with the aim that each merchandise reaches its final destination within the shortest possible time and in perfect condition.  With our team’s support your  company  will  reduce  costs  and  eliminate  geographical  constraints  taking  advantage  of  the  opportunities  that  the  international markets offer. JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Gerardo Esteban Tascon: Being able to share your knowledge to the rest of the team and giving motivation every day.  Create a cooperative structure between all departments and offices so int hat way we all work as a whole.  

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Gerardo Esteban Tascon: Across Spain has grown beyond other offices. We understand that from Spain we can service to all our customers around the world. We have 3 offices already (Barcelona-Valencia & Madrid) where we can assist from road to all Europe, by sea from the main ports in Spain, and by Air from the capital of Spain, which is one of the biggest airports in Europe

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Gerardo Esteban Tascon: Across Logistics explore the foreign markets by doing a market research of the area, checking with our partners and getting to understand how the market works and what the needs are. Then with all info we go back to carriers and suppliers to match clients/partners expectations

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Gerardo Esteban Tascon: JC Trans is an international network, big sized but still with the close approach between partners. Being GCP member is very important for us so we know there is a financial protection behind us, then no need to worry about any kind of credit terms/payments in advance so we can focus 100% in the service
