JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

PAULA AGUILAR: Ravmar Freight SAC is a logistics operator with more than 10 years of experience in the Peruvian market and IATA certified since 2018. We provide comprehensive door-to-door logistics solutions to our clients and agents around the world.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

PAULA AGUILAR: We provide air and sea export and import services to all over the world, because of that our staff is trained to respond quickly to any query or problem with the best efficiency. In addition, we provide complementary services and comprehensive monitoring.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? 

PAULA AGUILAR: At Ravmar Freight, we consider that the most important factors in this industry primarily trust, efficiency, and customer orientation. In this sense, we provide a fast and complete service to satisfy the needs of our customers.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of the logistics industry in your country?

PAULA AGUILAR: Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, foreign trade in Peru has not been greatly affected by the facilities provided by the government. The main products exported are minerals and perishable foods to supply mainly European and Asian markets. On the other hand, it mainly imports machinery and oil derivatives from Asian and American markets.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign markets?

PAULA AGUILAR: For us, it is important to investigate the markets we are targeting, as well as from which we bring the cargoes, to know the regulations, the most demanded products and the facilities to generate relationships with agents in the country with whom we can count on in future operations.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

PAULA AGUILAR: We become GCP members to easily contact reliable international agents and through them, solve doubts, and inform or know the conditions of each country. Also, to create long-term and trusting business relationships.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
