We are running 12 Buisness Units in Germany and employ approx. 1800 people (white and blue-colored)

Karl-Heinz Deininger:A stabile network and good educated staff is a major key in Germany
JCtrans:Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
Karl-Heinz Deininger:Germany is since years in growing economy environment and we are faced with big volumes and a lack of truck drivers to handle the volumes.

Karl-Heinz Deininger:The forth going internationalization was the basic to decide offering our customers as well Airfreight / Sea freight and Train-Service, based on a worldwide Partner Network and punctually cooperation’s.
JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
Karl-Heinz Deininger:For us as a medium sized company, it’s very important to have a good network but it’s as well very important to have a secured money transfer
JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
Karl-Heinz Deininger:As Noerpel is a very traditional company, long-term relationship is a the secret of success
