    Jctrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? Jack Lin:We are the European Hub / Distribution Centre for Johnson Fitness; Delta Electronics; LCY Chemical Group; Foxconn; GP Batteries; In-Win; Cyberpower; Nankang Tyres; Aleph; Facebook; Phoenix Connect; Thomson/Technicolor/Cisco; TSP; ViewSonic; YFY (China Paper)… etc. as well as B-to-C Hub for Moshi (www.moshi.com) and some other Chinese e-commerce clients. We are responsible for Asus’s pan-European distribution for the 12th year as well as distribution for all our warehousing customers (including above named) We specialises in VAS (Value-Added Services = RMA, Re-work, Packaging / Re-packaging; Charging / Recharging and Reverse Logistics We handle: Weekly Console box i. Standard forwarding (air / sea / rail) – we have regular weekly console via sea and rail from China and Taiwan alike; ii. Warehousing (at our 14000+sq m bonded warehouse) including pick & pack and storage and distribution / transportation; iii. Customs brokerage services with own custom license and directly link online with customs office; iv. Financial and taxation consultation services as we are the Fiscal Representative for some of our clients (LCY, Delta, Thomson/Technicolor, eSun, TSP….) handling their tax, book-keeping and financial matters; Jctrans:Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? Jack Lin:We specialise in VAS (Value-Added Services) and taxation consultancy advising our client how to defer tax and save cashflow as well as marketing strategy in order to help our client build up and expand their business in Europe. Jctrans:What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Jack Lin:Service quality and integrity Jctrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Jack Lin:It is definitely booming as the warehouse space capacity is rapidly reduced and shortage of truck driver and space is an urgent matter to be dealt with. Jctrans:Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? Jack Lin:Attending conference like the ones that JCTrans is organising and networking and introducing ourselves to local agents in these foreign countries. Jctrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business? Jack Lin:As mentioned in above point 5 – to expand business. Jctrans:How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients? Jack Lin:By in-depth communication by starting to find out what client is doing, what they might need and where we come in and where we could assist to provide services from all aspect – not just forwarding or logistics but a solution package from the point of view of the management of supply-chain level.
