    1. Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? We established in 1990 with 48 staffs for dedication and have Taipei – Headquarter, Keelung, Taoyuan and Tainan. We are doing most of forwarder traffics including Air-Export, Air-Import, Ocean-Export, Ocean-Import, Customs clearance for air/sea cover import / export, Logistics , Exhibition cargo , Project Cargo, Event Traffic and Cross – Trade Business. We have all kind of legal license to do above mentioned traffic in Taiwan. 2. Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? We do not have particular strong projects, but we we do have all & practice a certain amount of each project every month. We set up strong customer services team and operation dept. All sales colleagues come from CS dept or OP dept with 2 years experience at least. 3. What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Prepare enough money for investment and set up all multifunctional and sufficient facility of said logistics warehouse in order to generate client one by one. Of course have to understand and suffer the loss at first 3 years because of short of logistics customer. 4. Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Frankly speaking , the logistics marketing were already saturated. But we have confidence and ensure as long as we can propose excellent facility / equipment and operations. Meantime we can offer competitive quotation. Believe in us we can gradually win the right customer in near future. 5. Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? We always focus and concentrate in development with medium & small client in the market. We work hardly to generate more import traffic and cross-trade traffic which can be controlled by ourselves in order to switch / request for two – way traffic from overseas partners. 6. What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business? Generate / Develop more reliable overseas partners for future cooperate and enjoy / follow up the term of “ money protection “ with all of m/s GCP members. 7. How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients? Honest in the best solution. Build up strong customer service division to provide solid and enough / sufficient service / facility to our clients and overseas partners. Always offer accurate information and competitive rates to our client / overseas partner with reasonable profit.
