Greg Palmer: We are experts in all major global trade markets and specialists in China, South East Asia and the Indian Subcontinent via Air, Sea and Road. JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Greg Palmer: Respect, Dedication and Loyalty are three core pieces of any logistics company. A logistics company must show Respect to their clients whether it be in receipt of praise or concern. They must be dedicated to their customer’s success as well as their own. They must also show true loyalty to their customers and their suppliers to ensure smooth running of the business. JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Greg Palmer: The current situation within the UK is interesting at present. The imports and exports throughout most of the world are largely unaffected but the movements through Europe are certainly tense. The real, unknown, effect of Brexit is yet to be truly understood by the industry and the uncertain ramifications of this political issue is still causing more questions than answers. It’s an uncertain feeling but one that we and the industry in general will adapt to and continue to thrive. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? Greg Palmer: Our main strategy for the foreign market is to belong to a successful network. JC Trans was our final decision and has already proven to be a good choice.
