    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? Joshua Sentosa: In 2012, ORIENTAL LOGISTICS INDONESIA was met by the strong demand of Indonesia’s ever-growing industry of international Trade. We are part of ORIENTAL LOGISTICS GROUP expanding all over TAIWAN, HONGKONG, CHINA, THAILAND, VIETNAM, CAMBODIA, MYANMAR, and USA. We have worldwide network of agents and ready to provide logistics solutions. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? Joshua Sentosa: We have our own branches in all over South East Asia, China, and Taiwan. We also working closely with 500 reputable agents worldwide. We also have expertise in supporting DDU/DDP shipment that needs special permits in Indonesia, including undername services if consignee doesn’t have import license. JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Joshua Sentosa: Because logistics is mainly a service-based business, staff core competence and communication skills are really important to ensure that we can give the best care to our customer. JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Joshua Sentosa: Currently Indonesia has updated many rules and also restriction of goods to be imported. Indonesia custom processes are also a bit complex compared to other country. Many illegal importers are blacklisted by custom and government. This situation made many importers desperately finding DDU/DDP services to continue their business. This is an opportunity for us to support these demands. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? Joshua Sentosa: We are maintaining our relationship with our best agents and try to offer our expertise in DDU/DDP shipments to Indonesia. We also have some nomination shipments that could open more possibility for future business. JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
