Simon Liu: As one of the four Asian tigers, Hong Kong is a highly developed region for logistics industry. It not only has its backing to China, Asia Shipping and International Trade Center, but also has developed sea, land and air transportation, and favorable geographical development of international logistics and free trade policies. Zero tariffs, there is no limit to the import and export trade of enterprises, but today there are unprecedented opportunities and challenges 1). High-cost of land, warehouse, factory rent and salary costs lead to serious financial pressure; 2). Seriously lack of talents, the required information technology is relatively insufficient; 3).
