Simon Liu: As one of the four Asian tigers, Hong Kong is a highly developed region for logistics industry. Zero tariffs, there is no limit to the import and export trade of enterprises, but today there are unprecedented opportunities and challenges 1). High-cost of land, warehouse, factory rent and salary costs lead to serious financial pressure; 2). Seriously lack of talents, the required information technology is relatively insufficient; 3).
