Rohit Anooj: I would like to introduce us “Dolphin Shipping and Logistics, Kuwait “ as one of the leading freight forwarders based in Kuwait established during 2008. We are sponsored under the main trade license of Najwan General Trading and Contracting company. This has helped us in providing our customers with logistics and also other general trading activities. We have developed a highly motivated team of professionals and within a short period of time, we have evolved our self into a team of experts who are well versed with the local regulations and requirements; thereby providing tailor made logistics and general trading support to our esteemed business partners and customers. Our Management is backed by a rich industry experience of over 35 years.

Rohit Anooj: · Proximity of our office to the Major Sea port in Kuwait (Shuwaikh) and Customs Head Quarters. We are the only Freight forwarder located with a principal office within the Customs Port Authority building in Kuwait; thereby giving us the advantage and experience in being one of the best Customs Clearance agents in Kuwait.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Rohit Anooj: The capacity to identify problems/issues that are likely to arise during the execution of a movement and the ability to solve the same without bringing about additional costs for the client in a hassle-free manner.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Rohit Anooj: Kuwait is a very small and highly competitive market. Our ability to strive depends on our time of response and the know-how to swiftly resolve any issues that the client faces in a cost-effective manner.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Rohit Anooj: We are keen on developing our Freight movement by identifying key accounts whom we can assist with door-to-door service from supplier door to client door.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Rohit Anooj: Our management is highly interested in working with China and Far-east market, on account of promising trade movement in the region and also due to the ideal location for a majority of our client’s suppliers.
