1. Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? We Link is a freight forwarding company located in Barcelona, Spain. We offer our services along the whole country including all ports and airports. Our experience in logistics and freight forwarding is makes us stronger in the market. We are highly qualified to offer best strategies and solutions to our customers and business partners. We share our knowledge, experience and confidence in order to obtain their trust and build long-term relations. 2. Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? We offer the best service under the most competitive rates. Our positive attitude and service help our agents to have a smooth conversation with us, to transmit us their needs and urgencies without problems. We understand the importance of being informed on real time and solve problems faster than others. We are available 24/7 the whole year. 3. What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Responsibility and honesty. Been a reliable partner for our colleagues. 4. Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Ten years ago, Spain was a country with a very good financial position that allowed companies to import goods from all over the world more than to export our products. With the economic crisis, companies were forced to sell abroad and stopped imports. The amount of import shipments was dramatically reduced, and exports became more important. Nowadays Spain has recovered from the crisis and imports are raising again so these changes helped us as WE LINK to be truly competitive and prepared for both scenarios: Import/Export. 5. Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? We consider it is important to be part of an international network such as JC Trans. Also, it is mandatory to be updated on the international market situation in the main areas of the globe, especially in the countries we particularly have interests. Dealing with carriers to obtain the most competitive rates and so offer best options to customers. Offer best service and quick solutions to our agents explaining how things work in Spain and how to manage the best way. For example, regarding sea freight, it is very important to know the different services and connections offered by trucks and trains to optimize rates and offer the best strategy for the departing or arrival port. 6. What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business? We want to join GCP to make things easier for the other agents and to ensure the payment. 7. How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients? Been present all the time! We offer best solutions to our partners and try to avoid any problem.
