Rules for Removal
a) After a member's complaint is posted, Jctrans will notify the debtor. If the debtor makes no reaction, after the warning is displayed for three month, the system will automatically remove it. If member service expires, the system will also automatically remove it.
b) If the two sides come to agreement or the debtor has paid, either side can request removing the warning.
c) If the creditor doesn't make any response 5 days after the debtor has submitted his argument and proof, it is understood as acquiescence, and the debtor's defense has succeeded, and the warning will be removed.
d) If the creditor requests to remove the warning, it will be removed.
e) If the debtor requests to remove the warning, he should consult the creditor's opinion. If the creditor
doesn't respond after 5 days, the warning will be removed
f) Jctrans reserves the right to remove all the warning |
