Posting Rules
To protect the creditor's interests, it is necessary to set the following rules about posting information:
a) The creditor member must first read the Credit Warning agreement before filing a complaint.
b) The creditor member must provide JCtrans with a copy, fax, or email of the proof for JCtrans to keep in their archives.
c) The creditor member must provide a copy, fax or email of their business license for JCtrans to keep in their archives.
d) The creditor will be responsible for the complaint, and it is their duty to fill in the detailed information in order to post the complaint.
