Hasan ELMADAG: Conturk Shippping is  a local freight forwarding agency, from Turkey doing mostly ocean freight & air freight.

Hasan ELMADAG: What we do is to consider our agents & clients demands as our priority.  That is the reason of our competitiveness.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Hasan ELMADAG: Equal rights among the managers to comment and shape the company instead of one person

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Hasan ELMADAG: 2019 is not a good year for logistics in Turkey, yet it is growing steady.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Hasan ELMADAG: First, it is necessary to collect information, read about the market. based on the information collected, we decide which partner/ partners to choose and then compose the service.
