    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Marc Cheng: NCL is logistic solution provider. We define logistics as not just pure shipping –

    A true logistic provider can design, analyze and deliver solutions for our customers, This

    Solution should not only reduce costs, but also improve efficiency, control and monitoring, which is NCL efforts to provide value added services.

     

    Over two decades, NCL was founded in Bangkok Thailand and was being Public Listed in the Thailand Stock Market Exchange in year 2014. NCL successfully expanded and set up own offices below:

     

    2015 – NCL Singapore

    2016- NCL Indonesia

    2018 – NCL USA

    2018 – NCL Vietnam

    2018 – NCL Qingdao

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Marc Cheng: NCL started as a LCL consolidator and LCL Consolidation is our strong point.

    We have also established our FCL, Airfreight, project cargo and direct customer department throughout the years.

     

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Marc Cheng: NCL is now operating as a group of companies, the situation in each country varies.

    To cut short, NCL Singapore as the transshipment hub is facing competences with competitors, However, we are still growing steadily with the group support.

     

    5. Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Marc Cheng: NCL’s Strategy to explore the foreign market is to find the right partner in each region to cooperate with NCL group of offices. Such cooperation will benefit both parties interm of growth and accounting assurance.

     

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

    Marc Cheng: Being a GCP member gives more assurance to the network and recognition to all members to cooperate with us.

     

    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

    Marc Cheng: Maintaining a long term relationship with our client is the key to show our success.
