(1) Before loading, the transportation personnel of the enterprise shall carefully check whether the body (including light transmission inspection), doors, windows and cover valves of the freight truck are intact and in good condition, whether there is any repair notice, color ticket(A "color ticket" inserted in the truck means that the final inspection is due or the vehicle is in poor technical condition and needs to be repaired.), wash and return label of the truck or passage restriction, whether the car is clean and whether it is polluted by poisons.
When loading grain, medicine, salt, fresh goods, drinking food with the goods under escort, the vehicle shall also be checked for foul odor.
Carefully check the name and number of the loaded goods, check the marks, labels and the status of the goods.
(2) When loading vehicles, the enterprise transport personnel must check the waybill, the invoice, the actual goods, to ensure the "three unified" waybill, the invoice, the goods.
To carefully monitor the loading, do good loading, not leakage loading, loading skillfully, to prevent biased load, overweight, overload, weight loss, collapse, fall and exceed the limit.
Anti-wear measures should be taken for easily worn goods, and anti-damp or fire measures should be taken for goods afraid of dampness or inflammable goods.
During the loading process, the transportation personnel of the enterprise shall inspect the loading quantity and quality of the goods strictly.
For goods to be loaded in open or flat vehicles and in need of reinforcement, if there is a fixed plan, the goods shall be loaded in strict accordance with the plan, if there is no finalized plan, the loading and reinforcement plan shall be formulated and submitted for approval according to the authority of examination and approval, and the vehicle shall be loaded according to the approved plan.
(3) After loading, the enterprise transport personnel carefully check the door, window, cover, valve closed state and loading reinforcement.
If it is necessary to fill in the freight car loading list and marking diagram, it should be filled in according to the regulations.
If the truck needs to be sealed, seal it according to the regulations and tighten the door and nose with diameter 10 iron wire.
Goods vehicles that need to be inserted with the indicator plate of the goods vehicles shall be inserted in accordance with regulations.
If the open car is loaded with goods, the latch of the door, the latch of the bottom door and the covering and binding of the tarp shall be checked.Tarpaulin shall not cover the number of the car or the number of the truck.
Ropes of tarpaulin are bound together, and the handbrake and hook rod of the vehicle shall not be obstructed.
The residual length of the rope and reinforced wire shall not exceed 300 mm.
In case of overloading, overloading or lumped cargo, the loading and reinforcement shall be checked according to the stereotype loading and reinforcement plan or approved loading and reinforcement plan.
(1) Before unloading the vehicle, the transporter of the enterprise shall carefully check the vehicle, the tarp and the loading state of the goods to see if they are in good condition and if they are sealed.
(2) When unloading, the enterprise transport personnel must check the waybill, the invoice, the actual goods, to ensure the "three unified" waybill, the invoice, the goods.
Carefully supervise the unloading, count the number of pieces according to the cargo waybill, check the marks and check the status of the goods.
Operate in strict accordance with the relevant regulations, rationally use cargo space and stack goods in accordance with relevant regulations.
If any discrepancy is found in the goods, it shall be promptly disposed of according to the regulations.
(3) After unloading the vehicle, the transportation personnel of the enterprise shall urge the loading and unloading personnel to clean the vehicle, close the doors, windows, valves and covers, check the safe distance of the unloaded goods, clear the lines, fold the tarp neatly according to the regulations and send it to the designated place for storage.
