The 10th Global Freight Forwarders Conference successfully took place on April 24th, 2019. In Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, over 1,300 renowned corporate executives assembled from 100+ countries around the world.
The one-to-one meeting, as an important role in the communication of advantages and demands, dramatically developed trust and cooperation between enterprises. The 15376 rounds of 30-minute "one-to-one" significantly increased productivity. In addition, the new launched "One-to-One Absence Management" allowed our staff to record and double check absences. Any reasonless no-show, if lasted 15 minutes or longer, would lower the absentee's credit. As a helpful reminder, the"Management" was applauded by the participants .
