They then contacted some of Teamleader’s agents and customers encouraging them to move their business to the new company. The ex employee disputes what Teamleader is saying and both parties have attorneys working on their case. ,Regardless who is right FDB believes as well as their clients owed the money that Teamleader should pay their debts. While we have been told by Teamleader; that it was Teamleader that is the victim here. We explained that it is actually the agent and their customers with cargo being held up due to non-payments as well as debts from Turkey to their agents that are not being paid.,,They are not saying that they will not pay they are saying that they have been advised by their attorney that they should wait until the case is concluded with their ex employee to pay any of the debts. This makes no sense to us and appears that Teamleader has simply decided to pass on their problems to their agents. They being in India also used the old our auditors and bank will not let them pay bills for Turkey.
