STAR SHIPPING is a marine assistance company which purpose is to transport
the crew of ships, deliver parcels and help with bunkering, garbage removal,
waste water and used lubricants on board ships.
Our vision is to be on the horizon 2022 a reference in the towing and the rescue
at sea while being leader in the services of transport of crew and delivery of the
parcels to the ships. This vision is based on the following strategic axes:
1- Ensure compliance of floating equipment.
2- Increase the level of customer satisfaction.
To achieve this, the Management undertakes to provide its customers and other
interested parties the personalized quality service adapted to the applicable legal
and regulatory requirements.
Quality objectives are established and reviewed at the appropriate levels within
the company
This ambition is widely communicated and staff are made aware of the
importance of its contribution to the efficiency of the quality management
system as well as the beneficial effects of improved performance.
The quality manager ensures the operational functioning of the system and the
handling of complaints. He will make reports to management on system
performance and opportunities for improvement
