OUR PROFILE
Carloking Services, a Freight Forwarding company, incorporated in 1992
under the laws of Ghana, has its operational office in Tema, Community 5,
Suite 101 ?V 103 Vertical Court, 30 Vertical Centre.
We own the building that houses our offices among other properties. It is
a 4 storey building with the ground and 1st floor being a warehouse with a
space of 3500 sq. meters. The 3rd and 4th floors compose of 6 office
suites each.
There is a loading and off-loading bay attached to the warehouse for
executing forklift related operations.
We are members of Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders, as well as the
Ghana National Chamber of Commerce. We are also members of FIATA, the
world wide Association of Freight Forwarders which has its headquarters in
Switzerland.
We also belong to a network of outstanding forwarders spread over the sub
region and the world at large. Our objective is to ensure our total
commitment towards the delivery of cargo safely to the door of a receiver.
The company boasts of 40 employees with 25 of them in the clearing
Department alone. Our staffs have the requisite qualification and
experience in managing all our operational activities.
We operate at all the entry points in Ghana, i.e. Tema and Takoradi Ports,
Kotoka International Airport, Aflao, Elubo etc.
We operate a fleet of vehicles comprising 8 forty-foot long trailers and 4
twenty-foot flat beds.
Our goal is ensuring that goods reach their destinations via
suitable mode of transportation along the related activities associated
with international commercial transactions.
We operate goods in transit insurance, with per carriage cover of $25000,
to assure our clients that they would not suffer in case of loss or damage
to their cargo while in our possession.
