    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?


    Mohsin Faridi: Dynamic Global Shipping (DGS) is one of the prime logistics solutions company with a dedicated, highly competent and passionate team of empowered professionals, who are always ready to serve the best to the market. We have total logistics solutions to fulfill our prestigious business partners’ requirements. Employees and stake holders are helping in organic company growth by analyzing and monitoring company’s success.

    We are associated with one of the leading name of the industry “DLI Group”, which has its excellence in this industry over 25 years, maintaining level of integrity and high values by providing best quality service and solutions to the customers.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?


    Mohsin Faridi: We are offering total logistics solutions to our customers comprising of the following:

    (1). Air Freight

    (2). Ocean Freight

    (3). Consolidation

    (4). Customs House Brokerage

    Our core expertise is in Customs Clearance where we have good working relationship with the Customs Authorities based on our crystal clear portfolio. We work with the visibility and as per the rules & regulations of the State.


    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?


    Mohsin Faridi: There are two things which are extremely important to run a successful logistics company. One is the good relationship with all the stakeholders including Global network agents, Carriers, Port Authorities as well as Customers. Second important thing is swift and effective communication. Since it’s a very fast paced market now a days, so for becoming the leaders of the business world that’s an unavoidable requirement to be very active in the communication.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?


    Mohsin Faridi: Logistics Industry in Pakistan is transforming itself with the new Government policies which is a good sign and will affect positively on the economy in the near future. Now the focus of the Government is to increase Exports so that a balance could be maintained in the flow of the money. We are very much hopeful that conditions in the market will improve a lot.

    Also CPEC has impacted the logistics business which is now improved a lot. Transportation has become a prime logistics medium in the country for even Cross boarder trucking.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?


    Mohsin Faridi: We have plans to explore the foreign market from two different aspects. We have good relationships with many exporters here in Pakistan and we can use them to introduce DGS to their buyers. Those buyers can be targeted through communication from here and seeking the assistance from our partner network to physically represent us in front of them. Also we would need our partner network help to find out more customers at their end for both Import & Export.

    We also have plans to participate in Network meetings to develop more business and plan joint visits to the customers available there.


    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?


    Mohsin Faridi: GCP membership gives me the possibility to cooperate with other GCP members all over the world.


    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?


    Mohsin Faridi: Clients need services and someone who can stand with them in every kind of situation. If we want customers to be intact with our organization for long-term business then we have to be with them offering tailor-made solutions to their problems. Additionally we should have a proper Customer Retention process in the organization so that customer feels his importance and continuous comments enable us to improve in time.
