Abdul Gafoor: There are lots of important things that need to be in place to run a Freight forwarding and logistics company. Understanding the important of all stages and processes that involves the aspect of costing, project/consignment plan, and sense of detail as well as risk mitigation procedure. Apart all this, a better and a comprehensive understanding and experience of the field does make a big difference in running the company, in which it can be develop as you go along and gained more experience in the industry. In logistics, correct planning and organizing of all resources gives the best and as much as possible should always try to avoid a catastrophic issue during on-going shipment.

Abdul Gafoor: There is ups and downs in any sector I think freight forwarding and logistics industry are more or less stable, but with meticulous planning and prevention. So much to look forward here in logistics industry. Building expansion and economic development are highly anticipated in the coming year.

Abdul Gafoor: Connections are very essential in exploring foreign markets. We are continuously tying up with JC TRANS and some other networks that will further connect us globally. Companies with international ties are emerging, we are partnering with lots of similar companies to expand our reach. And we always make sure to attend annual conferences to meet our agents and clients abroad.
