    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Mahesh Trikha: We, Aargus Global Logistics Pvt Ltd., Established Since 1995, are An Awards Winning Company based out of New Delhi and having 13 Offices across India.  We are AEO (Certified by Government of India), FMC, FIATA, IATA, MTO, ISO CERTIFIED Company having our Own HBLs. We have our own In-House Custom Brokerage License valid for All India. We have International Courier License and are active on E - Commerce Activities for Imports/Exports and Door Deliveries.
    We perhaps only International Freight Forwarding Company who has Temperature Controlled Warehousing facilities for Pharma at Delhi Airport and Hyderabad Airport Cargo Terminal Complex maintaining 0-25 Degrees Celsius Temperature and providing Pharma Packaging and DG Cargo Packaging Solutions. Our Strength is Our Dedicated team which is available 24x7 and we specialize in TIME CRITICAL / TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE/DG CARGO AND FULL AND PART AIR CHARTERS for Imports & Exports.  We been associated with Relief Cargo as well.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
    Mahesh Trikha: Our Core competitiveness is our edge on other is Pricing, 24x7 service and specialization in Handling of Time Sensitive and Temperature Sensitive Cargo along with DG Cargo.  Our Mantra ‘Perfecting Logistics Solutions’ motivates us to do things FIRST TIME RIGHT.  Our Professional team is full of excellence and we work through one of the most advanced ERP System for our Sales/Operations / finance.  

     

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Mahesh Trikha: Flexibility as per Customers Need is very important. Innovation, Out of Box Ideas, consistency and quality service.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
    Mahesh Trikha: The logistics is the BUZZ word in our country and has max of growth slated for the next 10 year at least. The logistics business is growing at very fast pace and at about 20 percent year on year. 


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
    Mahesh Trikha: Our Strategy to explore foreign market, especially during the pandemic period, is through our overseas associates, the companies like us.  Our emphasis is on FOB Business and Nomination through Network Partner.  Most of the business is on FOB hence the network partner role is more important than local sales.   We have created a department for inside sales/Network pricing.  It’s an innovation with us especially due to Pandemic when sales people were not able to make sales calls and it has worked well with us.

     

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
    Mahesh Trikha: As I mentioned above, Due to Pandemic and the long duration of it, The Sales force within the cities had become of little use and it was the network alliances, the answer to Multinational Freight Forwarding companies.  JC Trans has good network coverage and they secure the payment too, hence we went for it.


    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
    Mahesh Trikha: We have clients with us since 1997 too.  I believe;
