    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    Tony Nikro: At Nikro Customs & Trade Services (NCTS), our mission is to be a trusted partner to all our clients and associates in all our dealings during the course of providing customs and trade services.
    NCTS believes that our purpose is to help our clients to find a clear way towards their international trade dealings so that their businesses can grow and become smarter and faster.
    We are committed to helping our clients avoid bottlenecks, compliance hurdles and other legal ramifications stemming from imprecise reporting.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

    Tony Nikro: NCTS offers import and export customs clearance services, with over 30 years industry experience including the technical knowledge to ensure goods are classified correctly. 


    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

    Tony Nikro: We have chosen professional partners and agents in Australia and the rest of the world for timely movement of goods to and from overseas ports. We listen to you (our clients) and truly understand your requirements from beginning to end to ensure you receive service that you require and deserve.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

    Tony Nikro: Important land transport is crucial in Australia – land mass is large and cities are spread out in regional areas as well as in big cities. Having dedicated transport operators will keep you informed of delivery times including changes to schedules, wharf time slots, possible delays at depots as well as general traffic conditions that may cause delays.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

    Tony Nikro: To perform well NCTS is looking for 2 or more key partners in each overseas country that we can develop regular on-going business for mutual benefit.


    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

    Tony Nikro: Promote our brand and services and continue to explore business/partner opportunities in key countries


    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

    Tony Nikro: Regular contact and understanding of their business operation/s – being available to clients whenever required.
