1.The dangerous package certificate is accurately divided into two parts, one is the performance certificate, the full name is the packaging performance inspection result sheet of inbound and outbound goods, and the other is the use certificate, the full name is the identification result sheet for the transport packaging of outbound dangerous goods. The dangerous package certificate requires the packaging performance sheet then to go to the Commodity Inspection Bureau for commodity inspection and to change the packaging usage sheet. This usage sheet is the dangerous package certificate. The factory that needs to produce dangerous goods should apply for it to the local customs inspection and quarantine bureau. Dangerous package certificate needs to be provided when booking and declaration of dangerous goods.
2. The commodity inspection form refers to the customs clearance form of the goods abroad. When the customs supervision conditions of the goods show B, it indicates that the goods are legal commodity inspection goods for export. If the name of the goods/CAS is listed in the 2015 Hazardous Chemicals Catalogue, it also needs to be provided for inspection. Commodity inspection needs to be handled by the local commodity inspection bureau, and there will be a customs clearance number on it. At present, it can be also handled in another place. It should be noted that whether a product needs commodity inspection has nothing to do with whether it is a dangerous product, not just all dangerous product need to be commodity inspected.
