JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Hubert Jasiński: OMEGAir CARGO was founded in 1999, our head office is located in POLAND in Szczecin- Goleniów. We have branch in Gdynia, Lodz, Poznan, and also we work in Gdansk, Warsaw, Mala, Berlin.

Through many years of development, we have become one of the leading freight forwarders. We offer a full range of airfreight, rail freight and sea freight forwarding services. We also have a customs clearance agency and AEO status and 13000 cbm bonded warehouse for import procedures where importer is available “already” or “not yet” available (in cases where the outside EU exporter finds the buyer / buyers retrospectively after arrival of shipment to Poland) . JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Hubert Jasiński: We tailor our services to our client`s individual and specialized logistics requirements. Hubert Jasiński: We think is to provide optimal logistics solutions, which is realized through thorough understanding of customer needs, propose adequate solutions and efficient operation. We have the appropriate knowledge and resources that allow us to guarantee a safe and timely shipment transportation. We provide a professional service for each order, for each customer and each time. Thus realized the task we called success.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Hubert Jasiński: In particular, Poland continues to be the largest supplier of goods to another countries in Europe and to the United States. Major export products in 2019: cars, groceries, manufactured goods, machine. Major import items in 2019: computers, electronic products and components, devices, phone, fabric, iron and steel, textile materials.

In Poland we have very strong competition - thousands of forwarding companies and a very specific customer market, so we have to devote all of our energy to the business and to our clients, and aiming to become better every day.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Hubert Jasiński: Poland economic growing up in last few years. We got new connection with China by New Silk Road, so we saw a opportunity to take great chance to make business with another GCP member at the same time have payment protection. GCP member allowed to develop us contact with freight forwarders and other logistical service providers. We can expand procurement channels and freight forwarders and offer logistics solution services to global partners to build long-term cooperation relationships.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Hubert Jasiński: Our vision is sustainable development understood as continuous improvement of competence, speed and quality of service. In business, as in life, it is impossible to predict the future. However, you can prepare for it and plan, so every decision we make is based on long-term development strategy. With every order we try to be better than we were before. The idea with us at each new recruit, when laying the training programs, the development of technological solutions and the planning of new branch offices. We often wonder how we can improve, to work for the benefit of our customers. Satisfaction of a job well done is our best motivation for further development.
