JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? Mr. Elmir Poladov: Our company established in 2009 by persons with 10+ years background and experience in Freight-forwarding and Logistics field. The aim of Company from first day was providing quality and professional services with global coverage in Seafreight, multimodal and airfreight transportation. Apart of that we also offering Customers roadfreight, railfreight and logistics services. Nowadays we become one of the leaders in local market in Seafreight and multimodal transportation. With own offices in Azerbaijan and Georgia, own fleet and exclusive partnership with major Shipping Lines and Airlines, we are able to provide any kind of Transportation and Logistics services within south Caucasus and Central Asia. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? Mr. Elmir Poladov: We are one of the leaders in market in Seafreight and multimodal transportation. In partnership with our Network partners and Airlines, we are also providing quality and professional airfreight services. JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company? Mr. Elmir Poladov: Quality service, professionalism, fairness, understanding the needs of Customers, offering them the best solution for the best price, customers satisfaction in every unique transportation and etc. JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? Mr. Elmir Poladov: Being in the middle of Europe and Asia, Azerbaijan Republic is investing and developing Logistics industry as much and possible. Several transit corridors agreed between nearby countries, Railfreight and ferry transport are much more in attention and upgrading year by year. As for the private transportation business, most of Companies prefer to provide roadfreight services with CIS and Europe. As Azerbaijan doesn’t have exit to world ocean, all Seafreight shipments are coming via Black Sea or Persian Gulf. So here is not so much Companies, experienced in Seafreight and Multimodal transport, as this requires knowledge and Global coverage. This gives us advantage in offering wider range of services to Customers. JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? Mr. Elmir Poladov: Main strategy to be more Global. We are becoming members of well knowns networks, attending Global Conferences, exhibitions. Our foreign partners promoting our services within their customers and market. JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business? Mr. Elmir Poladov: Being more import Country, GCP membership gives us possibility to cooperate with other GCP members all over the world. Also we are always ready and glad to assist to other members in our region. JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients? Mr. Elmir Poladov: As I described above, we are doing our best to keep customers satisfy with level of quality of our services. We help them in finding best solution, best rates, safe ways and flexible terms in every transportation case.
