Pedro Rodrigues: I started this organization for NVOCC and freight forwarding operations to establish an association with leading international freight forwarders, Shipping Lines, and the EXIM Community.

Pedro Rodrigues: Our organization is a venture power housed by experienced professionals in the field of shipping with a view to cater to the ever-growing demand for competitive as well as qualitative logistic services for exports as well as imports both air, sea, land transportation, and complete customer satisfaction.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Pedro Rodrigues: Coordinated and experienced manpower who excel in their field of operation along with strong financial back up from the management to render seamless services.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of the logistic industry in your country?
Pedro Rodrigues: As per the present situation business is a little unstable due to the pandemic with a huge increase in freight rates and tremendous inventory shortage.  

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore a foreign market?
Pedro Rodrigues: Just be ourselves and continue to work towards our goals and let our services do the talking as satisfaction from our clients, fellow agents around the world is our biggest achievement.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
Pedro Rodrigues: We get a platform to explore and express ourselves by becoming a GCP member which helps tremendously in our personal growth and connecting overseas clients for a better business opportunity with financial security.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
Pedro Rodrigues: We cannot please each and every person all the time but yes as I said earlier working seamlessly towards our goal and providing transparent services considering the TAT in mind in regards to the shipments at hand and always starting new ventures with a fresh mind with the negativity behind us.
