    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?
    Vincente Wang: JD Logistics is a humble sized company with no more than 60 employees who has been in business for 10 years based in Taiwan.
    10 years of experience, with no other branches that only depends on agent partners , top 20 out of almost 2020 freight forwarder here. It really is our diligence, professionalism and let’s not kid ourselves, good cost & service well that got us where we are. 
     At JDL, we have a team who dedicate in building good rapports with the carriers to ensure our price to maintain a certain level of competitiveness and to stay apprised to the most recent market trends. 
     
    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
    Vincente Wang: Our competitiveness is based on import / export by air freight.
    We always share our best cost to network partners, our overseas team can make the fastest communication with global partners every day. Beat the jet lag / different time zone is the basis for building business to worldwide.


    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
    Vincente Wang: Find & build your competitive advantage in the early stage, and try to develop it to bigger. If you want to do every business at the beginning, you may not be able to build the company's impression. You can do all the right thing , but you can’t do all the thing right.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
    Vincente Wang: Taiwan is an important supply chain for semiconductors and an export-oriented place. Therefore, competition in the logistics industry is very fierce. There are even more than 2,000 freight forwarders here, although most of them are freight forwarders based on ocean shipping for over 30 years. Air freight has only started to increase gradually in the past 15 years.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
    Vincente Wang: We will first use our advantages to develop and seek foreign partners with the same routes (ex. Taiwan to China by air, Taiwan to USA by air). Trying to reach agents who have the needs or dissatisfied with the situation , hope to have better cost and service quality, even we usually look for better local costs at the same time.


    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
    Vincente Wang: JCtrans is an organization that continues to grow in stability, become GCP member meaning a kind of trust , and trusting network can represent trusting every GCP member , Such trust is very helpful for the development of cooperation.


    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
    Vincente Wang: All comes from trust, most of the time, the market competition and information are quite open. To gain a long-term support from clients need being able to deal with almost all of the intractable problems of clients, the more difficult the case , the more client's trust in you can be achieved, so I am usually deal with the most difficult cases & project cargo .
