    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

    HAN: Worldwise Freight (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics company with specialized expertise to handle the full range of services in international air and sea shipments to major destinations in the world. Our company established in 2007 and since then we have built a business that is backed by quality service, established networks and sophisticated technology at competitive prices. As a result we can offer our customers fast, efficient and innovative solutions that meet individual requirements.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
    HAN: Our company provide full range of services allow us to solve clients or agents problem. Service we have including: 
    Sea Freight & Air Freight (DDU/DDP, EXW, FOB), 
    Bonded Warehouse & General Warehouse (Transloading, Trans-Shipment), 
    Land Transportation (Haulage, Tonnage Truck, Cross Boarder), 
    Special Equipment (OT, FR, RF), Project Handling (Odd Size Cargo, Break-Bulk), 
    Fumigation, Phytosanitary, Labour Supply, 
    Import/Export Clearance (Food Stuff, Wood & etc),
    Certificate Of Origin (Chamber Of Commerce & MITI),

    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
    HAN: To operate and run a logistics company, experience & knowledge in this industry is the most important. That helps in providing good service to customer and retain customers. Also company cash flow management is the very important thing to run a logistics company especially during pandemic.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
    HAN: We are having very tradition logistics arrangement at the moment compare to most develop and developing country. Logistics in Malaysia got very slow advancement in term of technology. Company hardly invest on technology advancement because it is high in cost and lack of support from the government.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
    HAN: Stay connect with agents, make new friend with agents around the world, at the same time promote and branding a good company image to foreign market.

     

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
    HAN: Financial protection is the main reason we become GCP member and also the reason we prefer to work with GCP members. JCTrans provide sum protection up to USD 100,000.00 for shipment coverage. Becoming GCP also gain trust from agent to use our service. That help us to expand our business globally through JCTrans platform.

    HAN: Worldwise Freight practice and provide consistency, efficiency, accountability, and reliability service to our client. Consistent follow up on service, efficient update on shipment status, responsible and trustable service will be value added into our services.
